At OSPT, we offer progressive, individualized treatment for back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, work-related injuries, auto accident injuries, sports injuries, arthritis, post-operative pain, and rehabilitation. We also offer orthotics and bracing, including back braces, ankle braces, knee braces, and ankle and foot orthotics. Additionally, we provide specialized evaluation procedures, including functional capacity evaluations, pre-employment functional screenings, and isokinetic strength testing for extremities.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a process in which a clinician uses a set of handheld instruments to break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves). Adhesions within the soft tissue that may have developed as a result of surgery, immobilization, or repetitive strain, are broken down therefore allowing the patient to regain function.
