Here is a video that we often prescribe to our patient with complaints of sciatica.

This stretch is for the piriformis muscle that is commonly involved with sciatica pain when it is tight or inflammed usually causing a radiating pain down the leg.

Here is a video of an ofter prescibed exercise for patients who present with low back pain. This exercise is usually used in conjunction with inversion therapy.

People with lower back pain often complain of tightness in the muscles of the lower back.

This exercise stretches the the muscles on either side of the spine.

This exercise stretches the front thigh muscle which commonly causes the pelvis to tip forward resulting in increased lower back pain.
